Global law firm Latham & Watkins LLP reimagined 22,000 sq ft across levels 18 and 19 of their 99 Bishopsgate London HQ. The transformation shifted from a traditional cellular layout to an open, hospitality-inspired workspace with design cues from co-working and high-end interiors. Furniture consultancy shaped the vision from early briefing through to final delivery.

Flexible by Design

Each floor features a central breakout and collaboration hub, surrounded by tailored zones for focus, interaction and quiet working. Bespoke single and dual-occupancy offices were designed with modular flexibility, allowing easy adaptation with minimal change to furniture. Loose furniture selections were curated to foster connection, comfort and a clear design language throughout.

Precision, Privacy, Performance

Delivered in partnership with Gensler, BW Workplace and Gardiner & Theobald, the project includes custom study pods, meeting spaces and discreet AV/IT integration. Consultancy focused on detail, flexibility and long-term usability, supporting a workspace that balances performance with personality. The result is a refined, future-ready environment shaped around people and practice.
