Workstation provided furniture consultancy for the 230,000 sq ft London HQ of a leading North American investment firm at Paddington Square, designed by Renzo Piano. Over a 12-month programme, the team led design reviews, mock-ups, material selection, and AV/IT and sustainability workshops, with a focus on seamless tech integration.

The relocation creates a modern, collaborative environment that enhances workplace experience, supports wellbeing and reflects the client’s global identity. Across nine floors, the workspace features tailored offices, open-plan areas, ergonomic furniture, auditorium seating and a premium client suite leading to an urban garden terrace with sweeping views of London.

Delivered in collaboration with TP Bennett, Overbury and CBRE, the project has earned industry acclaim, achieving LEED Gold and BREEAM Excellent certifications and winning the UK Workspace category at both the FX Awards and the BCO Awards for Fit Out of Workplace in London.
