Workstation supported the redevelopment of Warner Bros.’ UK headquarters at 98 Theobalds Road, London, delivering the full supply and installation of task and loose furniture across 133,000 sq ft.

Across the building, flexible workspaces are complemented by dedicated meeting rooms and breakout areas, designed to support collaboration and wellbeing. Level 1 features an executive meeting suite, while the top floor offers a refined business lounge for collaboration, conversation, and relaxation.

CBRE Project Management Services oversaw the ambitious redevelopment of the client’s building, with an innovative design by architectural studio Spacelab. The project achieved a BREEAM ‘Very Good’ rating and an EPC rating of C, reflecting its commitment to sustainable performance.
