Spanning 65,000 sq ft across two floors, the transformation of Squire Patton Boggs’ London workplace was shaped around flexibility, reuse and long-term adaptability. Guided by a considered furniture consultancy strategy, the project balanced premium client experience with the changing needs of a modern hybrid workforce, creating a refined environment designed to evolve over time.

Circular Thinking at Scale

Driven by Design for Disassembly principles, the project placed reuse and responsible procurement at its core. Existing furniture assets were carefully audited, refurbished and integrated throughout the new workplace, including iconic Eames Soft Pad and Barcelona seating restored to extend product life whilst maintaining design integrity. The result balanced sustainability ambitions with a sophisticated workplace aesthetic.

Sustainability with Lasting Impact

Delivered in partnership with Perkins + Will, Gardiner & Theobald and BW Workplace, the project achieved BREEAM Outstanding certification and won Green Building Project of the Year at the Edie Net Zero Awards. More than 80% of the original fit out components were reused, contributing to a saving of 59 tonnes of CO₂ whilst supporting a more circular and environmentally responsible workplace strategy. At WorkStation are proud of our extensive and prolific client list.
