The project was driven by a commitment to sustainability and Design for Disassembly (DfD), with two strategic relocations designed to create a modern, flexible workplace that supports hybrid work, enhances client experience, and reflects the client’s evolving culture.
The project achieved BREEAM Outstanding certification and was awarded Green Building Project of the Year at the Edie Net Zero Awards. More than 80% of the original fit-out components were reused, cutting carbon emissions by 59
tonnes of CO₂.
