A global investment management firm has opened its first UK office outside London, choosing ‘The Landmark’ in Manchester’s St Peter’s Square. Spanning 28,000 sq ft across two interconnecting floors, the move strengthens regional presence and supports a growing, employee-focused culture. Furniture consultancy shaped layouts, finishes and procurement from early concept through to completion.

Purposeful, Practical, Connected

The workplace features open-plan zones with height-adjustable desking, a full loose furniture package and built-in storage across both floors. Meeting suites are woven throughout, alongside biophilic planting that enhances wellbeing and creates a calm, connected environment. Every detail was selected to support collaboration, comfort and a strong sense of place.

Sustainability with Substance

Delivered in partnership with 5Plus, Claremont and JLL, the project placed sustainability at its core, achieving LEED accreditation. Consultancy focused on practical, future-ready furniture solutions that balanced function with intent. The result is a confident, people-first workspace designed to evolve with the team.
