Spanning 37,500 sq ft across three levels within The Leadenhall Building, this phased refurbishment reimagined and expanded an established London workplace. Delivered within a live environment over the course of a year, the project introduced a refined client suite, social hub and flexible workplace settings designed to support collaboration, hospitality and day to day connection.

Designed Around Experience

The redesign balanced high-performance workspace with a more relaxed and hospitality-led atmosphere throughout. A new reception and client floor created spaces for hosting, informal meetings and larger gatherings, while the workplace levels were reshaped to encourage movement, visibility and interaction between teams. Carefully considered furniture selections helped bring warmth, consistency and functionality across all three floors.

Sustainability with Purpose

Responsible reuse formed an important part of the project approach. Existing furniture was carefully assessed, repurposed and redistributed where possible, extending product life and reducing unnecessary waste. In partnership with Waste to Wonder, more than 800 items were diverted from landfill, contributing over 60 tonnes of carbon savings while supporting wider charitable and community initiatives.
