A landmark 65,000 sq ft fit out across six floors, this new London headquarters sets a benchmark in sustainable, high-performance workspace design. Certified BREEAM Outstanding and WELL Platinum, the project brings together exceptional environmental credentials with a focus on wellbeing and long-term adaptability.

Realising the Design Intent

Over a five-month consultancy period, Workstation led the furniture strategy, supported design development, and delivered workshops focused on materials, mock-ups, AV integration and low-impact specification. The workspace combines private offices, open-plan areas and shared zones to support varied working styles.

Sustainability Without Compromise

Sustainability shaped early-stage decisions, with embodied carbon reporting informing product selection that balanced environmental impact with design intent. In collaboration with Perkins&Will, Cushman & Wakefield, BW Workplace and Alar Consulting, the result is a resilient, future-ready workspace that performs as well as it looks.
