A leading global infrastructure firm established a new 20,000 sq ft workplace in Salford, Greater Manchester, to serve as a dynamic regional hub. Designed to support 580 staff, the space balances hybrid working needs with future growth. With sustainability and local identity embedded in the brief, the workplace reflects a purpose-driven approach to how and where people connect and collaborate.

Workplace with Purpose

The layout supports a spectrum of working styles, with dedicated zones for collaboration, concentration and informal exchange. Colleagues can choose from focused workstations, open team areas and flexible spaces for events, learning and wellness. The environment is designed to encourage movement throughout the day, with facilities that support wellbeing and connection beyond the desk.

Furniture That Supports a New Way of Working

As furniture consultant, we helped shape an agile and inclusive environment tailored to the client’s people and culture. From hybrid-ready desking to relaxed project spaces, each setting was selected to promote focus, comfort and team interaction.
